The buildings at Goerzallee 309 in Berlin are a distinctive, well-located logistics and office complex consisting of a one-story modern logistics building and an older office/workshop building over 3 floors. Three floors of additional office/research area were added to the existing office building. 

Sun Park Industrial Center

Purchased vacant production facility out of bankruptcy, converted to logistics use, now fully occupied. Joint venture with Westcore. Area comprising 70,000 m² plus land for further development.


Logistics hall in Nohra. This object is fully leased by Deutsche Post Immobilien GmbH.  


Peregrine has an investment in Dijon, France in an industrial building of 25,700 m2.  The building is leased long term to a single tenant.  There is excess land of 26,000 m2 which will be used for further development.

Erlenhoefe Business Park

Office complex in Berlin, consisting of 6 office buildings. Joint Venture with Westcore with an area of 37,500 m2. Refurbished and decreased vacancy from 30% to 7% over an 18-month period. After the vacancy was reduced, the project was successfully sold to the TLG Group in mid-2016.

Car Park Frankenthal

Parking garage in Frankenthal consists of 375 parking spaces next to train station.

A Joint Venture with a Limited Partner from Sweden. Fully leased residential buildings in Wiesbaden and Mainz.

Flensburg Galerie

Development assignment C+T Development: The premier inner city shopping center in the city of Flensburg with approx. 20,000 m2 of retail space.

Hermann Quartier

Development assignment C+T Development:  An inner city shopping center in Berlin with approx. 8,650 m2 of retail space.

Faraday Mill

Industrial park located close to Plymouth, UK city center.  Peregrine is an investor in this property of 192,000 sq.ft. with over 70 tenants


Druckwerk is located in Leipzig and has a total leasable area of 17,057m² of office and warehouse space. Originally a printing plant and converted to multi-tenant use.  


Bernbox is a three-story office building built in 1991 in Frankfurt Nieder-Eschbach. It consists of 10,500 m² of leasable space and 225 underground parking spaces. Peregrine acquired this property in April 2018 on behalf of Westcore. Purchased at 50% vacancy, refurbished now fully leased. 


Logistic building in Hanau rented by Hermes Logistic Group GmbH. 


Located near Berlin with approx. 63,000 m2 of warehouse and office space. Acting as developer constructed a 20,000 m² built-to-suit with a long-term lease.

Development assignment C+T Development: A modern mall in the center of Germany’s oldest city Trier, with approx. 20,000 m2 of retail space.

Beisheim Center

Development assignment C+T Development: Fee Developer for mixed use project located directly in Berlin’s famous city center, Potsdamer Platz, including two five star hotels, as well as high class apartments and office complex.

Harbour Park

Joint venture development located in Budapest, Hungary, with approx. 180,000 m2 of warehouse and office space. Sold to Prologis. 


Office building located near Cross Rail station in Reading, UK.  Peregrine is an investor in this building comprised of 66,450 sq. ft.  Building was acquired vacant, renovated and then relet.
