Robert Roethenmund
Robert Roethenmund is the founder and CEO of Peregrine Holdings International. He has been engaged in global real estate investment, development, and finance with a specific focus on European and Chinese markets.
Robert founded Peregrine, as a real estate investment firm, in 2007. Prior to that he had been a partner at one of the largest private investor/development real estate companies with offices around the globe and was also a managing partner of a German Development company. These positions provided him an in-depth knowledge of commercial office, retail warehousing, logistics, and residential markets in both the local and international marketplace. Prior to focusing on international real estate, he worked in finance and investment banking with Goldman Sachs.
Robert graduated from Harvard Business School where he received his Masters of Business Administration, and obtained his undergraduate degree with distinction from Dartmouth College.
Jan Bartelheimer
Jan Bartelheimer is based in Berlin and leads the acquisition and leasing team. He started his career in real estate in 2005 with his own residential and commercial asset management company, providing leasing, property, and construction management services to a variety of local and overseas investment companies. Prior to his real estate activities Jan founded and managed his own marketing agency in Berlin. Jan studied law in Berlin and Kiel where he graduated.
Carsten Beeretz
Carsten Beeretz is based in Dusseldorf and Berlin and is the Director of Finance for Peregrine Holdings. Prior to joining the team he worked in a family office in Dusseldorf as the head of their asset management activities. He is also founder of a company which has done energy investment consulting in various markets including Italy and Jordan as well as Germany. Carsten obtained a diploma in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University. He is fluent in both German and English.
Nadine Schwoebel
Nadine Schwoebel is in charge of asset management which oversees the operation of Peregrine’s properties and reporting to investors. Prior to joining the team she worked for a Berlin based real estate developer with responsibilities in property management and financial reporting. She has also spent time living and working in the United States and Norway both during her time at university and after graduating. Nadine holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Freie Universität, Berlin and is fluent in German and English.
Chanel Ehlers
Chanel Ehlers is responsible for office management and administrative activities. Previously, she worked in management and social media marketing. Before moving to the real estate industry, she supported the marketing set-up of several start-ups in Berlin. She speaks fluent German, Polish and English.
Barak Sela
is responsible for property management through the Peregrine affiliate SBPM GmbH. Previously, he gained many years of experience as a financial analyst and controller. Barak Sela speaks fluent English and German, as well as Hebrew. He studied Business Psychology at the University of economics Media Design in Berlin.
Katharina Domanski
Katharina Domanski is responsible for Perergine’s facility management team through SBPM GmbH. She has been working in facility management since 2006. Her focus is on fire protection and industrial safety. Katharina Domanski has earned diplomas as a facility manager and as a safety specialist.
